Poster Contest
Nyte’N'Day On-Going Store Poster Contest!
There’s big display posters through-out Nyte’N'Day, on this blog, and in outlets through-out the grid… and they’re all of you guys! So! You want to be on the walls too? Lets not forget the cash either! If your picture is chosen as a winner you’ll also receive 1000 Linden dollars!
Here’s what to do: take one (or more) pictures of yourself, in high resolution, and submit it to the Nyte’N'Day Poster Contest Flickr group! Please do not send me entries directly; because I’m uploading dozen’s and dozen’s of textures a day they will and do get lost in my texture folder! New winners are chosen monthly.
Submission guidelines:
• You must be wearing only Nyte’N'Day clothing in your picture. Mixing and matching is encouraged!
• Photo’s should be as high resolution as possible. The smallest acceptable size is 512*1024 (width, height).
• Post-work (photoshopping) is allowed, however, it can not affect the clothing worn whatsoever.
• Please label your submissions clearly with your full SL name.
• If submitting a group photo, only the submitter will receive the prize.
• You may enter as many times you wish, regardless if you’ve won in the past or not.

Rights and Copyright stuff:
If your photo(s) are chosen you agree to allow Nyte’N'Day rights free use. You understand that your photo will be used in promotional display’s at Nyte’N'Day store locations and/or blog and images may be modified. Your photo’s will NOT be used as vendor sale images, strictly as display posters.
Why didn’t I win?
A large number of photo’s every month could not be chosen, even though they had a lot of awesome in them. These are the most common reason’s why:
• The photo was too small.
• Anti-aliasing was not used. (Please see #6 on the hints and tips if you’re not sure how to turn this on/off)
• The pose used doesn’t work with a vertical poster size.
• The pose used distorted the clothing too much.
• The prim/sculpt attachments have not been adjusted to fit correctly.
